Couscous with Tomatoes and Herbs

Durum wheat semolina, dehydrated vegetables (tomatoes, onions, spinach, garlic), salt, herbs, sugar, spices, natural colouring, canola oil.

1. Pour 1/2 cup (125 ml) of couscous into a bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup (125 ml) of boiling water and stir.
3. Cover and let swell for 5 minutes.
4. Add one tablespoon (15 ml) of butter or olive oil to the couscous (optional).
5. Fluff with a fork.
6. Serve hot.
