Tricolor pearl couscous

Tricoloured pearl couscous (wheat flour, spinach powder, tomato powder, natural colouring), whole wheat orzo (whole wheat flour), yellow split peas, quinoa.

1. Bring 1¾ cups (440 ml) of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add 1¼ cups (315 ml) of the mix to the saucepan.
3. Bring back to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let rest for 8 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork.
6. Serve
