Durum wheat semolina, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, garlic, onions, red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes), salt, spices, canola oil.
  1. Pour 1/2 cup (125 ml) of couscous in a bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup (125 ml) of boiled water and stir.
  3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of butter or olive oil to the couscous (optional).
  5. Fluff gently with a fork.
  6. Serve warm.
